When It Rains, It Pours

What a bad couple of nights for the Pirates. First they just run by the Dbacks last night then they just came out flat again today. The back end of the rotation could not hold the fort for the Pirates as they fell 12 games under .500.

No need to show you the box score or the game recaps for the past couple of days because I do not want to make the real Pirate fans relive the horror that was.

The Pirates are going to struggle, I understand that, but that does not mean that it shouldn't be frustrating to watch games like this. I have no idea how you can knock Dan Harren around and then just get worked by Doug Davis and my next door neighbor. What a bad couple of games.

Well the Pirates will stay on the west coast and face the San Francisco Giants. They will face Tim Lincecum and Matt Cain. Now, I don't know if that is good or bad. The Pirates seem to do well against the NL's best and struggle against your average pony league pitcher. I guess we will see. I hope this does not start a free fall for the Pirates though.

Not really too much more to talk about. Garrett Jones is still a beast.
