Penguins Game Day 14 - @ Anaheim Ducks

Anaheim Mighty Ducks

10:00 p.m., Honda Center, Anaheim, CA

Game two of the well know West Coast swing that the Penguins take every years. Usually you don't expect much out of this and they are usually some good games because, frankly, we don't get to see these teams very often.

It is fun to watch great players like Corey Perry and Ryan Getzlaf play. We don't talk about them to too much extent here because they are on the West Coast and if you are on NHL Center Ice the games are late (like tonight) so you might not get to see a lot.

Of course we could watch the highlights on SportsCenter if they were too busy jerking off LeBron and the Yankee's. Whatev.

The Penguins were just flat out mugged when they were in Dallas so they will look to bounce back tonight against a down Anaheim team. Hiller is pretty solid in net, but nobody has really been doing a lot of anything there this season. They are last in the Pacific and 14 in the Western Conference so this could be a nice bounce back game for the Penguins.

Duper is back as is most of the lineup so lets hope they start gellin.

MAF will be in net tonight looking to shake off the season long slump he has been in. Brent Johnson got a taste of what MAF has been seeing all season (by that I refer to the 2-on-1's and turnovers) and got shelled himself. You know the good part about all this? It is November.

The power play is mud. 0-for its last-25 or 27 or 50 or something like that. I mean they have to score eventaully right? RIGHT?

In case you forgot what it looked like to score a power play goal:
