Penguins Game Day 24 - vs. Ottawa Senators

Ottawa Senators

1:00 p.m., CONSOL Energy Center, Pittsburgh, PA

The Penguins stayed strong on Wednesday night with arguable MAF's best performance of the season in a 1-0 win when Marc made 30 saves for his first shutout of the season.

Saying the Penguins have been hot as of late would be the understatement of the century. They are currently on a four game winning streak and have captured 13 of a possible 14 points in the last seven games. Before the streak the Penguins were a pedestrian 7-8-1 and now they are right in the thick of things in the Atlantic Division.

Bing extended his scoring streak to 10 games and has scored 21 points (9+12) during that stretch. Pretty good, right?

The Penguins defeated the Senators in the only other meeting so far this season with Ottawa 5-2 on October 18, 5-2
