Penguins Game Day 53 - vs. Buffalo Sabres

Buffalo Sabres

7:00 p.m., CONSOL Energy Center, Pittsburgh, PA

The Penguins have been on quite a tear since Bing and Geno have been sidelined. Althought it has not been pretty, it has been working, and nobody can complain about that. The Pens have won four straight and seven of their last eight. They are currently three points back of the Flyers with the same number of games played. Can't complain about that one bit.

Remember when the Penguins couldn't win at CONSOL? Well they now have the most home wins in the NHL. Remember when everyone wanted to run Marc-Andre Fleury out of town? Well he has the most wins of any goal since mid November. Interesting huh.

The Penguins asked that everyone bring their Terrible Towels. If you are reading this before you go to the game then you best be taking that and waving it proud. Huge weekend for Pittsburgh sports.

Geno is back. I hope he scores 10 goals tonight.
