Penguins Game Day 25 - @ New York Rangers

New York Rangers

7:30 p.m., Madison Square Garden, New York, New York

The Rangers have been playing some pretty good hockey this season and tonight should be a pretty good matchup for hte Penguins. Again they will be on VS and if Pierre is between the benches I might punch my TV.

Speaking of punching things I think I want to punch a wall (but I won't) with the news that not only is Kris Letang going to miss the game tonight but also Zbynek Michalek is back in Pittsburgh. Figured that Letang wasn't going to play tonight because of the head shot he took against the Canadiens but Michalek is kind of a bigger surprise. Not really sure why he isn't in the lineup, but I guess we are kind of used to not having a full roster.

This starts a stretch of tough games over the next couple weeks. After tonight the Penguins get the new look Capitals and Carolina Hurricanes, both on the road, before coming back and playing the red hot Bruins at the CONSOL and then travel to Philadelphia on the 8th. Woof.
