A couple of quick notes:
-Steelers get to open up on Sunday night football against Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos. This is probably a good time to get them as this will be Mannings first game in a long time. Also interseting to note that Ryan Clark will likely not play in this contest.
-Easily the biggest stretch comes when the Steelers play Baltimore twice in three weeks. They have the Browns in between those two games and San Diego after followed by going to Dallas so that is a huge stretch that is going to be really fun to watch. You might lose 17 years off your life in a month's time.
-The Steelers have some huge home games. I guess when you play the NFC East you are going to see great games but the Eagles and Giants come to Pittsburgh and those are going to be some fun games to watch.
-For those out of town fans (like myself) it is nice to see that the Steelers have two home games around the Christmas break so that we can at least get to one of those. Also you can probably count that Baltimore game also since it is around Thanksgiving. Good times.
-The Steelers play the max number of prime time games, which is five, but what is interesting about this is hthat twice it will come in back-to-back weeks. Week six and seven they will play prime time games and weeks ten and 11 they will play back-to-back prime time games. The other is obviously in week one.
-The Steelers only play six 1:00 p.m. games which isn't a lot. Sure, they play five prime time games but they also play five games at 4:15 p.m. which is pretty interesting.
-The Steelers only have to go to the West Coast one time in week three. I don't count Denver as the West Coast.
