Notes:

-Dillon Gee hasn't been all that good. In his last two starts he has given up four earned runs in both outings. His last outing he went only five innings and gave up nine hits while striking out only one hitter.

-Jeff Locke has been pretty good in his last three. His last start lasted only five innings but that mostly came due to a pretty quick hook from Clint Hurdle. He gave up three hits and three runs against the Nationals while striking out three.

-Last season the Pirates and Mets met seven times with the Mets winning the series 5-2 and outscoring the Pirates 34-25.
