Pirates Video Roundtable - 7/15/2013

I was lucky enough to be invited back to the Pirates Video Roundtable that James Santelli of Pirates Prospects puts together on [pretty much a] weekly basis. If you didn't catch the initial episode that aired like three weeks ago then this is just basically a video podcast where a various amount of Pirates bloggers get together and talk about the team and random other stuff.

Today we touched on a lot of stuff that included:

-The home run derby and how we thought Pedro Alvarez would do

-The first half of the season and how it compares to 2011 and 2012

-Who the biggest surprise might be for the second half of the year

-Some trade prospects

-Gregory Polanco and if we could see him this season if he was fast tracked

-Took some questions (some more interesting than others) from Twitter.

I just wanted to thank James again for including me. It is always fun to talk some Pirates with some knowledgeable people.
