Kris Letang Works Out Like A Boss

I don't normally post stuff like this but when the good dudes Mike Darnay and Stoosh were talking about this on Twitter today I thought it was pretty ridiculous.

This is Kris Letang doing a workout and it is unreal what he is doing. Check it out:

Couple things:

- This is his SECOND workout of the day.

- He was doing chin-ups with 100 pounds of weight hanging off him.

- They had to use a barbell to do ONE LEGGED squats because they didn't have dumbbells that were big enough.

You can hate on Mr. Letang all you want but the dude is a beast.
